Backup power systems, including a Powerwall and generator, keep everything secure around the clock. Additionally, our alarms are directly linked to local law enforcement for immediate response. 

At National Vaults, security is our top priority. Access to private storage within our vaults is strictly limited to the following:

• Clients (Account Holders): Only the tenant named on the account may access their private storage.

• Authorized User: Each client may designate one authorized user to access their private storage. The client must add this user to the account in person at our facility. When adding an authorized user be sure to bring a valid government issued identification.

• Security Protocol: For each vault entry, only one client (or their designated authorized user) and one vault attendant are permitted inside the vault at a time to ensure maximum security.

• Access Requirements: Entry requires valid legal identification and a secure access code, with biometric verification optional. Your account must be verified before access is granted. This ensures only authorized individuals enter the vault, maintaining maximum security for your private storage.

Yes. Every safe and safe deposit box includes $5,000 complimentary insurance coverage, with the option to increase coverage up to $1,000,000 or more, depending on your needs.

1. Prohibited items:
   • Any property prohibited by local, state, or federal law.
   • Fireworks, ammunition, fireworks, anything flammable, or toxic.
   • Food or perishable items.
   • Hazardous materials.
   • Stolen or otherwise illegal items.
   • K-9 dogs do spot checks on the vault area. Anyone found to be storing illegal items will be reported to the authorities. 

One additional user other than the account holder may be added to each account. The additional user needs to be present to add them to the account. 

Accounts are non-transferable; however, you can cancel your account at any time. Please note that cancellations are final, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining term of your agreement.
